The tour will highlight a culmination of the efforts by Landex Development, Prince George's County, Gateway Arts District stakeholders, and the town to cultivate arts-driven economic development. Peter Siegel, CEO of Landex Development, members of the design team from Grimm+Parker Architects, and Councilmember Marcus Monroe will guide the tour and conversation.
